How We Serve

The Foundation exists to help grow the Kingdom of God by providing His people with opportunities to invest in the life of the Church – for today, and for all time. Our efforts currently center on six core services that address immediate and future needs while engaging the faithful in a lifelong commitment to Catholic stewardship.

Our Catholic Appeal
Annual gifts to Our Catholic Appeal fund the life changing ministries of the Diocese of Orlando and provide critical support for outreach programs such as Catholic Charities of Central Florida.

Planned Giving
Planned giving, also known as “charitable estate giving,” is a simple yet meaningful way to leave a lasting legacy that reaches beyond the limits of a lifetime. The Catholic Foundation offers a variety of charitable giving options that enable the faithful to provide for both their families and their Church, while enjoying potential tax and income benefits as well. We also assist our local Church by offering intensive planned giving services to parishes, schools and other entities of the Diocese of Orlando. This customized program raises awareness of life-planning as a special way to care for those we love and an important part of life’s journey for every Catholic.

Offertory Enhancement
A spiritually sound program of offertory enhancement perpetuates a culture of gratitude that ultimately strengthens the mission and ministries of the parish. As part of our commitment to our parishes, we offer an 18-week Offertory Enhancement Initiative that invites families to reflect upon the vital work of the parish and consider how they might increase their level of offertory support.

Capital Campaigns
Capital campaigns at the local and diocesan level address large-scale projects that go beyond routine operating costs. We help parishes, schools and other Catholic entities to energize their communities and engage the faithful in meeting critical needs.

Investment Management
Endowed funding provides a permanent source of revenue that supports the work of the Church in perpetuity. Through responsible investment, the original gift continues to grow, providing parishes, schools and other ministries with a steady stream of income.
