Here in the Diocese of Orlando, we are committed to the mission of Catholic education – a mission Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI has called “an apostolate of hope.” Throughout our 42 schools, students are challenged to be creative and critical thinkers who integrate faith, moral leadership and compassionate service in order to create a more just and humane world.
Because we strive to keep the cost of a Catholic education affordable for all families, there is often a significant gap between the amount of tuition received and the actual cost of educating a student. Your gifts in support of a Catholic school can help meet operating costs, fund special initiatives, and increase the availability of tuition assistance.
There are many ways to make a gift that will have a direct and lasting impact on the students of today – and the leaders of tomorrow.

Gifts for Today:

•Give now to support Our Catholic Appeal. The Diocesan Office of Catholic Schools, which receives funding annually through Our Catholic Appeal, provides our schools with essential services, including curriculum development, technology support, and teacher certification.
•Use appreciated stock, bonds, or mutual funds to make a gift.
•Ask your employer whether a matching gifts program is available that will match your gift.

Gifts for Tomorrow:

•Donate a life insurance policy that you no longer need. Just name Bishop John Noonan as the owner and sole beneficiary of the policy and designate the school(s) that you wish to support.
•Consider a charitable gift annuity that will provide generous benefits to both you and the school(s) of your choice.
•Name the Church as the beneficiary of your retirement assets, such as an IRA, and designate the gift to a school(s) of your choice.
•Honor a beloved school through your will. It only takes a few simple sentences.

Gifts Forever:

•Leave a legacy that touches eternity by including the Peregrini Pro Christo fund in your will. Through this unique fund, your gift will be evenly allocated among three endowments that benefit our seminarians, Catholic students, and retired priests for all time.
